Cooking Classes

From time to time, generally during our slightly less busy period, i.e. when the Uni veggie club is on break, we conduct cooking classes. Abhay , who leads these sessions, is a seasoned cook and knows how to make these classes interesting, amusing and worth your while.

These are advertised a few weeks before and since we have limited places, booking is essential. So if you are keen, keep a look out on our website or Facebook page for announcements. You can also join our mailing list to be kept informed of what we are up to. Don’t worry, we won’t spam you.

The three-hour classes introduce you to our cooking philosophy – be it kitchen etiquette or learning about our innumerable spices or cooking for health and happiness, followed by real action in the kitchen and then a shared meal of what you all cook together.

The menu is usually made up of popular items we cook at the Bhakti Tree. We don’t believe in trade secrets and are happy to share our recipes.
